Gram L is in the hospital

Gram L is sitting in Delray Medical Center trying to get clear of an apparent bowel obstruction. Joanne took her there on Sunday evening about 11 pm, and they sat in the ER until 6 am. It was a busy night in the ER. At 9 am she was getting a cat scan. Please pray that they can get an NG tube down her so they can clear the blockage. So far the attempts to insert the tube have been unsuccessful. She is pretty tuckered out and in considerable pain.  Joanne is tired, too, having stayed at the hospital all night and into the day. I'll be going there at lunchtime. I'll update later.--Carolyn
