How do I post pictures?

You can now upload photos using Blogger Images — the image icon in the post editor's toolbar lets you upload images to your blog(s):

When you click this icon, you'll get a window that allows you to select an image or multiple images from your computer. Just click the "Browse" button to locate the ones you want. Alternatively, you can enter the URL of an image that is already online and have it inserted into your post.

If you click on the link for choosing a layout, you can customize the way your images will appear in your post:

The left, center and right options will determine how the text of your post flows around the pictures. This size option lets you scale the pictures to different sizes within this posting area. Note that the picture will still be uploaded in its full size; this option just determines how it is scaled within the content of your post.

Would You Tip The Pot?

The Beers / Lambert wedding is fast approaching. It should be great fun. Jay has his tickets home and his leave approved.

Directly afterward, Joe, Carolyn, Joanne and George will be headed off to the UK for a week and a half of pasties, tea, scones, fish & chips, and ale. We hope to connect with Grandma Lambert's cousin Gladys, her daughter Shirley, and whatever other Castle family we can find. I wonder if we'll look alike.... Joanne and I have spent lots of hours reading up on England, and we plan to see as much as we can pack in! Can't wait. If I knew how, I'd promise to post some pics. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

HELP!!!

The Department of Defense is trying to drive me crazy! They keep me cooped up in a classroom with squirrelly 6th graders who just want to goof around. And I just want to goof around...and I have another full week of this torture! UGH! I am going insane!

And I am SOOOOOO BORED! The kids have been diligently working on review step-books for 4 days and today they are taking a test and I've got nothing to do! Waaaa!

And SRCS teachers are already out of school and I am SO jealous! And pretty soon I'll have to say goodbye to three awesome teachers here and good friends and I am NOT happy about that!

And I know I am whining and complaining and you all are not feeling any sympathy since I will get the next two months off, but really they give us that time so that we don't injure our children and go completely off our rockers.

And that's all I have to say about that! Rant over!

Blog Changes

Some of the old folks did not like the white on black blog color, so I changed it back. I made it a little wider so it centered better. And since some people need stronger glasses I made the letters larger. Please give me comments on it.

The New Blog Look

I'm BLOGGING AGAIN! The only problem is that with the new look the blog has, I can hardly read it. Could we go back to a light background? Thanx. (I hate to be a bother...)
